The school is strongly committed to the development of effective English language skills in speaking and listening, reading and writing. A trained Reading Recovery teacher is working with the students of Prep-2 with excellent results. Cross-age tutoring between senior and junior students is building both reading and social confidence in the school community.
The school also recognises the need for our students to have clear and highly developed mathematical skills and understandings. English and Mathematics are School Strategic Plan priorities.
